August 1st. You will also be able to order from that book online
starting that date.
2. Purchase a hard copy through my website.
You can purchase your own copy through my website. Cost is
$6.00 plus shipping and tax, per copy.
3. Place an order for $25.00 or more via my website during the month of August.
If you place an order of $25.00 or more via my website, I will send
you your own copy FREE. Do not order the book, just shoot me an
email with your order number and I will get you one!
4. Commit to a monthly group.
